Five members of Salida Circus will head to Palestine for the first Bethlehem International Performing Arts Festival, Oct. 5-12. The festival features 12 companies from France, Spain, Uganda, Tunisia and the United States who will showcase plays, dance, circus, puppetry and art workshops.

Salida Circus will be represented by Joan and Joe Lobeck, Emily Barber, Chris Wegert and Stephanie Glaser who will perform aerial acts, clown shows and provide art workshops.

The Lobecks will be rehearsing their clown show on Sept. 18 and 19 at 1:15 at St. Joseph’s Hall for Crest Academy students. The rehearsals are open to public.
