An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday and Saturday, repeating until February 27, 2018
You will learn everything from how to milk a goat (seasonal) to how to make simple cheeses quickly and economically. Class will use our farms goat milk or locally produced cow’s milk. You will get to eat and take home generous samples of all the cheeses you make! This 2.5 hr hands-on workshop will be making any 2 of the following: Chevre, Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, Greek-style Yogurt. Classes are held year around on MOST Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. You do not need to stay at the lodge to participate, but 48 hours advance reservations required.
