St. Vincent Hospital is offering an evidence-based weight-loss program which gives you the tools to make long-lasting lifestyle changes.
“How to Eat Healthy in 16 Weeks,” AKA the National Diabetes Prevention Program, is a free group class. Participants will meet weekly with the goals of losing 5-7% body weight through coaching, group support, food tracking and accumulating 150 minutes per week of physical activity.
Informational session: Feb. 6 at 5:30 p.m.
Weekly classes will begin Feb. 20.
