Join us for a five course wine pairing dinner featuring wines from the Gallo Family of Wines

Executive Chef Thomas Campbell has created a unique menu highlighting the flavors and aromas of each wine from producers like Martin Codax and Las Rocas of Spain and Masa Canali and Brancaia of Italy. Sarah Hoy, from E&J Gallo Winery will be on hand to tell us all about the producers and the wines we will be enjoying throughout dinner.

Amuse Bouche:
Beef Carpaccio, Capers, Olive Oil, Salt, Cracked Pepper, Micros, Shaved Parmesan
