An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Thursday, repeating until October 25, 2018
This special series will be taught in the Anusara Method which includes yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath and will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a systematic process of relaxation which helps counter stress and restore and rebuild energy.
