At the historic Tabor Opera House in Leadville

Hazel Miller has been blessing Colorado with her soulful blend of jazz, rhythm and blues, blues, gospel and original music for over 30 years. Labor Day weekend brings a great chance to see and hear her in the historic splendor of one of Leadville’s silver boom era buildings.

Miller’s voice has been described as a force of nature. Her repertoire contains innumerable songs from a variety of genres and eras. She and her band are known for using their mastery of the universal language of music to tailor their shows to match the mood of the audience.

The Tabor Opera House was built in 1879 and has hosted entertainment of all kinds for 139 years. It is a unique venue where an ornate red velvet opera seat can be a time machine to another age and place.

With both venue and performers known for working their own kinds of magic, the evening holds great promise for an uplifting of souls. Top hats are optional.
